Policies & Procedures

Properties can be reserved with a deposit of 50% of the Rental Cost for your chosen dates. This does not include Damage Deposits.  Your dates will not be held until the deposit has been received.  The second half of your Rental is due 2 weeks before your Vacation Check-in date.

A refundable Damage Deposit of $500 is required for every booking and is due along with the second half of the Rental payment, 2 weeks prior to your Vacation Check-in date.  Your Damage Deposit will be refunded within 48 hrs. after Check-out.

We know your fur babies are like family and should come along for the ride! So we allow them to stay too. ***Please Note - Deposits require written permission prior to Booking.  

The Pet Fee is $25/Pet per day (non-refundable).  We also require a refundable Pet Deposit of $100, refunded within 48 hrs. after Check-out by EFT, as long as there are no damages.  Deposits are due along with the second half of Rental payment, 2 weeks prior to Check-in date.

We accept Payment through EMT Transfer or pay by Credit Card, using the secure Online Payment Processing Comapny - Stripe.com 

If you can give at least 30 days notice for a cancelation, then we will give you a full refund less a $250 Booking Fee.

If cancelled with less than 30 days notice, we charge 50% of the rental cost and refund the rest.
